Deb speaks with Melanie Aronson about creating an ethical community platform in this episode. Melanie Aronson is the founder and CEO of Panion, a community management platform that helps people build more empathy and meaningful connection in online communities. 

Melanie has a bachelor’s in anthropology from Columbia University and an MFA in documentary filmmaking from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. She has spent more than 10 years as a freelance filmmaker, photographer, and designer and about three years in sales for Apple. She has been running Panion since 2018.
