Hey friend!

Welcome back! On today's episode I'm continuing to take you on my grief & healing journey as I explain why I changed my name.

That's right.  I am now Meredith Coviello.

The decision to remove my married name, Felice, was not made lightly.
It was not a decision that was made to disgrace Tim or to 'erase' our life together.

I decided to change my name because I am no longer Meredith Coviello Felice.  That woman - that wife, who I was in that phase of life - is gone.  That woman was forced to grow, change, & adapt in ways she never expected to & never thought possible.

I am also not the girl I was when my parents named me Meredith Rebecca Coviello.  That girl has also grown, changed & adapted in ways she never could have dreamed of.

The CHOICE to change my name was mine alone.
It was a CHOICE that was made after a great deal of reflection & growth.

This CHOICE was made two years into my grief journey.
This CHOICE does not need to be justified, but as always, I like to keep this real, transparent & authentic with you.
