The Patriarchy is built into the very structure of Corporate America. There are more women in executive leadership roles now more than ever, but women are still underrepresented at every level in the corporate sector. We talk about the #GirlBoss movement and how is cloaks capitalism in feminism and benefits only white women. We also try to reconcile female empowerment and capitalistic ideals.
Correction: Women were allowed to become members at Augusta in 2012. These US courses still do not allow women to be members:
