Tybee Island, Georgia is such a small town that Dr. Owen O'Shaughnessy owns the only medical practice on the island. Him and his wife, Joni, have very different personalities, leading to frequent fights. When Owen wakes up in his office one morning, he claims that him and Joni have had the worst fight ever.
