Bio: Shane Carter is president of Community Investment Properties, LLC based in NH.  CIP, LLC buys, develops, renovates, repositions and holds apartment buildings, commercial assets and land in ME, NH, TX and FL.  Shane has over 20 years of active real estate experience under his belt. Since 2000, CIP and partners have acquired, renovated, managed, and sold more than 2,600 units and Shane has developed and built over $80MM in real estate through his construction firm.
