Today, Shari Montague, Women's Ministry Director for First Light St. Louis, joins me on the podcast and teaches us about the importance of a healthy sexual relationship in marriage/committed relationships. She explains to us the most important traits for a healthy relationship, but also what unhealthy traits might look like.

Shari shares that it is important to make communication a priory so when hard situations come up, and they will, you are better equipped to handle them.
