I just finished my first diet in the past 3 years... I completed #75HARD - a personal development-nutrition challenge created by Andy Frisella in which you're required to do the following every single day: -drink a gallon of water -take a progress photo -read 10 pages (no audiobooks) -diet; no cheat meals OR alcohol -complete two 45-minute workouts per day (one must be OUTSIDE) I learned a tremendous amount about myself, what's required to diet successfully, and how to better coach others to lose weight and keep it off.
