Ahhh, anxiety. Something I have known quite well. I had spent the vast majority of my life living with anxiety. Feeling anxiety all the time does not feel good. Add in those pesky limiting beliefs like, “My life sucks, I cannot handle this, I’m not good enough” and it creates a mixture of high anxiety. That was my life for 42 years. Medication helped though, or so I thought.
Faith was something elusive and foreign to me. Faith is defined as having the unshakable confidence or trust in someone or something. Faith is all about believing situations can change. When you are dealing with feelings of anxiety, faith is hard to muster.
