Tanya is a kids and teens trainer and counselor for the last 9 years! Also she has been taking parenting workshops in various schools and colleges.
she teaches yoga/meditation/breathing techniques to almost every age group - like kids of 8 year to kids of 80 years . she also has been teaching mindfulness and wellness programs in various corporates, MNC, Govt institutions, professional institutes.
she is also a food therapist.
