Welcome to episode seventy seven of Roostertail Talk.  Hydro fans rejoiced this year that there was racing again on the Columbia River after last year's covid cancellation. That is due to the huge push by the Water Follies organization as well as their Event Director, Kathy Powell. I talk with Kathy about what it meant to have racing in the Tri again this year, favorite memories of Columbia Cups gone past, what it takes to host a large event every year as well as her journey to Event Director of the Water Follies organization.  Enjoy!
