Here are 3 tips to help you with your holiday baking this year:

▶️Nutmeg is not a nut. It is actually a seed that is ground up into the spice that is used mainly during the holiday. So if you have a nut allergy, nutmeg should be safe.

▶️Weight is the most accurate in baking helps you create a consistent product. So if you are doing lots of baking for a large crowd and want to keep your product consistent, then we suggest switching to weight vs using cups.

▶️To prevent browning of your fruit (which is a natural process and does not mean the fruit is bad) use lemon juice or another acidulated water mixture.
