I didn't take notes 'cos i was having too much fun, all I know for sure is we talked about smoking and being fit, and Michaels training in the Russian martial art Systema. I also got pulled over by the police on the way home and given a $248.00 fine for taking a "no entry" sign shortcut because the road I needed was closed. It doesn't come up in the episode obviously, it was just part of the experience for me.
