In honor of Black History Month, I wanted to shine a light on my friend Ovell Barbee's book "The Big House."

His book shares compelling real-life work experiences combined with my passion for meaningful and systemic change as it relates to diversity in hopes it will motivate and inspire leaders to have the courage to build a better, human-centered workplace.
