Gary started his serial entrepreneur career at the age of twenty-three with a fledgling business called Tubs of Fun. After that start Gary found momentum and success in starting or operating twelve different businesses.  One of the first businesses Gary built, Mid-America Wireless, started as a two-man company and culminated with ten regional storefronts and over one hundred fifty employees.

Gary created an acronym that has shaped his life’s foundation: CHARGE (Create Habits Around Real Goals Everyday).  He built a roadmap for success by developing a culture of learning and sharing knowledge within his organizations. His goal and commitment have always been to equip a team member with the tools that make them better in both the business and in their personal life.
