Happy New Year and Happy Birthday to me, in this episode I recap the game that locked up the number 1 seed for the 49ers as they beat the Washington Commanders. I also talk about whether or not the 49ers should sit the starters for the upcoming game and try and go into the playoffs as healthy as possible. There is also a player that was just released that I feel the 49ers should go after just as an insurance policy and could be beneficial in the playoffs.
