Lying is a human weakness and wickedness! As long as we were outside of Christ we had no choice but to lie and try to make our lives but now in Christ Jesus we are made as new creatures! As people of God who are filled by the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of truth we dare not lie. We must be united with Christ our Lord and obey Him in all things and live truthfully. I have given 7 reasons why people lie and if you are convicted by any of them, immediately repent of your sin and set your life right before God.
