Dianna provides a look at launching and operating a bike share system in a U.S. mid-size city discussing the reason gin why Charlotte made the jump into bike share early in the industry’s development and the opportunities bike sharing has opened up throughout the city. Dianna is also the incoming President of the North American Bike Share Association (NABSA) and takes time to talk about her new responsibilities in the frame of bike sharing as we know it today and her aspirations for bike share’s future.
