With Greg Kendig and Francisco Ramirezat Mad Chef Craft Brewing

We sat down with founders Greg and Francisco at Mad Chef in East Petersburg, PA to talk about the wonderful food and brews at this fast-growing brewery and restaurant. Two of the most welcoming and enthusiastic guests we’ve had on the show, this pair is brimming with passion.
