Let me introduce Anthony Schmidt. Our conversation was a refreshing conversation about Christ-centered masculinity, health and wellness, financial security and providing for his family. His wife Miranda, shared a few words about Anthony; "Anthony Schmidt is many things.  He is a father, an entrepreneur, a cook, a bro, a man of God, a mentor and so so so much more.  But my favorite hat he wears is that of Husband.  Married for nearly 10 years, Anthony has been a pillar of strength, change, growth, love, kindness and humility in our marriage.  Daily, I am impressed by his desire to be better for himself, for God, for our family, and for me! On a professional level, Anthony owns 3 businesses. La Crosse Archery, a retail archery store in Onalaska, WI; Schmidty’s Specialty Strings, a bowstring manufacturing business, which he founded at 18 years old; and Schmidts+Giggles Bakery, an in home bakery specializing in cookies, which we founded when our daughter Stella was discharged from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit after being born at 29 weeks and spending the first 64 days of her life hospitalized."

 

This conversation is centered around healthy relationships, marriage and what we do for those we love when our hearts are in the right place. Anthony shares insights from a man living life in the trenches and his words and this conversation bring more to the surface of where we will go in future episodes.
