While Ollie has difficulty sleeping and sees it as a chore because he works with people in different time zones, Ryan sees sleep as an investment.

Why Ryan Invests in Sleep

-With a great night’s sleep, Ryan feels physically and mentally healthier. His back doesn’t ache and his memory recall is improved, among many other things.

Snoring

-While Ryan used to be a snorer, there are a few changes he made that have helped: consistent exercise, losing weight, and sleeping with his head slightly raised.

Winding Down

-Try to respect the time you need to wind down and not reach for electronics. Blue light affects the quality of your sleep.

Waking Up

-It’s equally as important to think about how you wake up because that can have a profound impact on your day.
