Today, Kylie and Kara have a super helpful episode regarding getting back into the gym after time off. This time of the year, especially, more and more people take a gym hiatus -- whether it be for holiday travel, or just the business of the season, it happens! Sometimes, you may take a break from training for other reasons as well (and at other times of the year) -- for example, if you are on a hormone healing journey, need to reduce stress, have an injury, or are just in a tough season.


Whatever the cause of your break, your hosts know that restarting can feel daunting sometimes. It's tough to find the motivation to return, and then it can be even more tough to feel like you're somewhat "starting over" if your break was significant. It's important to know that this feeling is temporary, and you can get yourself back to normal relatively quickly -- but there are definitely ways to do this to have the quickest recovery, and keep safety a priority!
