Mr. Hale is a 1991 graduate of Collinsville High School where he had participated as an athlete playing basketball and excelling in baseball.  Upon graduation, he found himself in the upper half of his class GPA, which would allow him to set his sites on McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois, not only to continue his education but to further his baseball career as an NAIA college baseball player.   Due to a full-time job, Mr. Hale would find himself being a 1999 graduate from McKendree University with a Bachelor’s Degree—Majoring in Computer Science with a Minor in Business Administration.
