My husband bought bison ground meat.  Yes, it's weird.  I mean, I would rather eat a "Beyond Burger" of questionable ingredients, than a bison, better known as buffalo from that Kevin Costner movie!  

You know It's not the same as beef.  Not at all.  And there are big pauses in-between the, Not.  At.  All.  

I can't help but rant about the weirdness of preparing, as I love to cook,  and eating a buffalo burger.
