  2. Decide where you want to invest.
  3. Network and build a team.
  4. Set your criteria.
  5. Analyze the deals.
  6. Make an offer.
  7. Close the deal.
  8. Renovate the property, if needed.
  9. Rent it out or list it for sale.
  10. Realize your profits.
