In these podcast episodes I will share what I have learned over my 36 year in the banking industry where I began as a secretary with no clear direction or vision for my career. Over the years, I returned to school and earned my Masters degree in Strategic Management. I've always had a love for writing which turned into a love for writing resumes which turned into a management career where I hired, encouraged, coached, and promoted employees for many years. My number one goal is to help and to encourage and build confidence in others. I wanted to take this passion and purpose to another level and decided to get certified as a Career Coach. I created an amazing 8 week career coaching program where I focus on a 3-tier coaching model of Insight, Growth, and Success. Currently, I am a Talent Acquisition Consultant where I work with managers to help find qualified candidates to fill open positions so reviewing resumes is a big part of my day. I love what I do!
