Dr Tatiana Rowson is an academic, researcher and facilitator based at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. She is responsible for the personal development of students on MBA, Masters and Undergraduate programmes.

Originally trained as a counselling and clinical psychologist, Tatiana is an experienced and qualified executive coach, learning & development consultant and facilitator. Her consulting expertise lies in the areas of Executive Coaching, Learning and Development and Occupational Assessment. She has worked with several high profile national and international, public and private organisations in the UK, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates. She has practised in a wide range of sectors including banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, media, energy and manufacturing.

In 2013, Tatiana was awarded a PhD from Keele University, UK, for her research exploring the psychological aspects of the transition and adjustment to retirement. She has an MBA from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and is originally trained as a Counselling Psychologist and Systemic Therapist (family & group therapy). She completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) at Heriot-Watt University, UK and is a Fellow at Higher Education Academy, UK.

An Honorary Founding Member of the Association for Coaching, She is a qualified executive coach (PCIC) and coaching supervisor (PCiS) by Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. She is also a Thought Leader at the Move in2 the Future organisation and a member of the circle of Wise Women at the Female Wave of Change foundation.
