In 2013, Tatiana was awarded a PhD from Keele University, UK, for her research exploring the psychological aspects of the transition and adjustment to retirement. She has an MBA from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and is originally trained as a Counselling Psychologist and Systemic Therapist (family & group therapy). She completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) at Heriot-Watt University, UK and is a Fellow at Higher Education Academy, UK.
An Honorary Founding Member of the Association for Coaching, She is a qualified executive coach (PCIC) and coaching supervisor (PCiS) by Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. She is also a Thought Leader at the Move in2 the Future organisation and a member of the circle of Wise Women at the Female Wave of Change foundation.
