lison is a Taiwanese-American filmmaker and storyteller, discovering at a young age that the craft of editing sparked a passion deep inside of her, and has since been following that passion with faith, wonder, and determination.
Born and raised in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, she started off working in various areas of film and video content in Austin, Texas before moving to Los Angeles, CA, where she is now a working assistant editor in the motion picture industry. Although filmmaking is her craft of choice, Alison loves all creative mediums - including photography, fashion, and design - and in a pre-pandemic world could be found frequently traveling and enjoying new experiences. She also loves connecting deeply with others and having soul conversations like the ones on this podcast.
Ultimately, Alison hopes to live a life that encourages others to live fully into the gifts and passions God has given them, particularly in the Asian-American community, and to make her younger self proud.“
