One of the most basic tenets of advice is to just KISS.  No, not the romantic kind, but to Keep It Simple, Stupid.  Sometimes, we as adults can overthink and overcomplicate, which leads us to be overwhelmed.  At the end of the day, some of the things we stress about as adults are the same core things we stress about as kids.  This week we get a kids perspective on how to tackle and overcome those universal worries.
