Cider has deep American roots. However, it's enjoyed all over the world and America isn't even top in consumption! We have a quick chat about cider history worldwide but I get lost in Washington's Cider and alcohol history. I taste Seattle Cider Co's new light cider Vivid release. Washington had too good of an untold story to pass up.
