Jared had a big week, so he slept through the episode, so it was just Tom and Tris having a wholesome chat about Italian food, how good Fiano is, independent winemakers, Tristrams' wine adventures and other non juice related things while we taste: 2019 Unico Zelo 'Jade and Jasper' Fiano, 2020 Frederick Stevenson 'Pinata' and the Tom Shobbrook 2020 Cabernet Franc. Our wine didn't make it to the studio, so we had to improvise using Wollongong's Best Bottlo, Crown West Cellars for our wine this week. It was banging, take a listen to find out just how banging!
