Welcome to Ep.8 of the Podcast! On this episode, we talk with Dr. Brian Thompson, Fieldwork Coordinator and Director of Sports Performance at Springfield College.

Dr. Thompson is in his 26th year at Springfield College, where he has seen first-hand the growth of the S&C department and all the coaches the program has created.

Dr. Thompson has held a variety of roles in his 30+ year career, including a Big-10 S&C Coach, a Paralympic S&C Coach, and Director of the Graduate Program of S&C at Springfield College. He has also held roles within the NSCA and has presented at many different professional development events as recently as the 2024 NSCA Coaches Conference!
