I sometimes forget about the impact small actions can have on those around me.  Good or bad, they are noticed more often than not. 

What if we focused on the good?  Small efforts for others where we authentically think about how we could make them feel seen and heard. 

Imagine what could come from that… A huge, positive, pay-it-forward, ripple effect for so many others!
