Dr. Annika Steiber is a full-time professor at Menlo College and the Director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program. She is originally from Sweden where she obtained her PhD in Management of Technology from Chalmers University of Technology. In this episode, Dr. Steiber shares how her focus on innovation brought her to Silicon Valley, where she has engaged in research on a number of corporations and startups to investigate models of entrepreneurship.
