As the ketogenic diet increases in popularity, we are seeing more and more keto-related products flooding the market. One of the most popular and best-known of these are  exogenous ketones.  They claim to boost the effects of a ketogenic diet and even give you some of the benefits of keto without restricting carbohydrates.  In this episode I”m going to walk you through the claims vs. the science when it comes to this particular highly marketed supplement that we are finding many of our patients are taking without fully understanding what it’s doing (or not doing) for them as they strive to meet their weight loss goals!
