The sequel to Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, Japan repairs Mechagodzilla and tinkers with his DNA to keep the soul of the 1954 Godzilla at bay. Eventually, we get another battle between the current Godzilla and Mechagodzilla, but this time they are not alone. Keeping continuity with the original Mothra (1961), old characters return!
