As manager of Walther Farms’ mid-Michigan operation, Guthry Laurie has a hand in supplying potato chip makers with plenty of product. Laurie joins The Potato Field podcast to talk about the diverse soil and weather conditions in Michigan — which produces more chip potatoes than any other state — sustainability and taking on an industry leadership role.
