I’ve been in a funk lately and finding myself struggling to feel like I’m making any progress at all. These times come and go throughout life, but being in the thick of it can feel so sticky.
So how do we move past this? I’m glad you asked, because I’m asking it too. As I write this, I’m still in the funk (deeper than I’d like to be) but slowly & surely I’m finding my way out.
As I’ve been trying to get back to baseline, I’ve come up with a little guide of some things that help me feel a little better every day. Let’s talk about it and start to feel better along the way.
