Up to that point, you get breaks and time to breathe, but right before your baby comes, you feel something in your body that can't be described in words. It's intense and holy frickin' crap!Breakthroughs have a lot of the same elements, but instead of birthing a baby, you're birthing a new version of you. The problem is, unlike birthing a baby, you can back down when things get painful (and they do).Breakthrough or Bust is sharing stories to inspire you to keep pushing because there's a spark in you!
