Inner Dialogues with Ecem

Episode 8 - Inner Child: Joy, Shame and Wisdom

šŸŽ‚It's Your Inner Child's Birthday!🄳

To honor and celebrate the National Sovereignty and Children's Day in Turkey, we attribute this episode of Inner Dialogues with Ecem to children all over the world and to the inner child within each of us.

We started with a heartwarming story about this national holiday dedicated to children, and why it's a reminder to celebrate our own inner child every day!

Then, we flipped the script on the feelings of cringe and shame, the concept of growth, the definition of childish and most importantly the pure joy.

Call to Action: Take time this week to reconnect with your inner child. What activities brought you joy as a kid? How can you incorporate some of that playfulness into your life today?

This episode is your invitation to reconnect with your inner child and rediscover the joy in life.
