Today, Kara and Kylie are talking about overcoming the “all or nothing” mindset. They dive into what the all or nothing mindset is, why is it so damaging, and how you can work to change it.

Whether or not we realize it, most of us have struggled with self-sabotage at some point in our lives. The all or nothing mindset plays a huge role in this type of behavior as it persuades you to take one thing and allow it to define the rest of your journey. Kylie and Kara have battled with this mindset in the past themselves, and now as coaches, they see this as one of the number one obstacles for their clients in the beginning.

Kylie and Kara help their clients commit to a plan and commit to themselves, and understand that it is better to strive for consistency than perfection, and that there will always be obstacles in this journey – but learning how to pivot, rather than give up in these moments, is the key to success.
