Mark and Jay opened up and shared ideas on gay marriage, mental illness, and the ways in which we need to advocate for groups in society that are pushed to the edges without putting them into a position where they are seen as victims. Jay was very open and honest about his life and the things he learned through growing up in a very public way. This episode is a wonderful reminder that we are all on a journey and we are all doing the best with what we got handed, it is a reminder to be kind to yourself and give yourself space to go through your process whatever that may look like.
