The Union Civica Mexicana has a grand history as a Civil Rights organziation that has touched every Mexicano/Latino in the Saginaw area since it's founding in 1945. I talk to a former Civica Queen Mary Hernadez Silvas and a granddaughter of a past president, Ana Sanchez and their memories of one of the oldest Mexican organization in the country still in existence.
