Laura Russell has a deep-seeded fear of change, particularly when it comes to her career ... and then, her corporate employer started regular layoffs, and she realized that she'd better figure out what she could do if the axe fell. In this conversation, she talks about how she's learned to embrace a different kind of planning and pursue her dreams of becoming a life coach. There's so much to relate to in this conversation, especially the sense that Laura describes of realizing she'd never really figured out what she WANTED to do as a career.
