The HARD TRUTH, (formerly ”The Launchpad Podcast”) is rooted in personal development until about 1 1/2  years ago when we ushered in the pandemic landscape that has become our ”new normal.” The podcast began to change as Jason recognized the way people communicated with one another did tool.
