The process of loving and accepting your body is complicated within and of itself but can prove to be harder when your body is not behaving the way you want it too. Whether you are struggling with the fact that your body is aging, carrying extra weight, disabled or even unable to conceive, there are steps you can take to see your body as whole and find peace with the parts that are out of your control. In this episode, I give some simple steps to start processing through whatever frustration you might be experiencing in hopes that you are able to no longer let these things define you but let them be an aspect of you. You are so much more than these parts and it's time to start embracing all that you are and all that you have to offer the world.
