reflect with me as I sit down and look back at all the goals I had written down for myself 6 months ago, in December 2020. I talk about which goals I have achieved, which are irrelevant now, my thought process while making these goals! 

this is part 1 because later on i found a list of goals I had made for myself in May 2020 and those were.... incrediblyyy different. So so so much different than the ones I'd set in Dec 2020. So I talked about that list a bit but the episode was going well over an hour so I decided to split it up into 2 parts! So tune back in next week to hear me talk about those may 2020 goals and a lot about what goals we should be setting for ourselves as well.
