Former Morning Show Host, Moya Farrell , joins us this week to reflect on her long career in radio and how being a woman in media can mess with your self esteem.

Moya Farrell is from Corner Brook, N.L, and moved to Halifax in the 1980s to be a morning show host for CHUM radio, which evolved into C100 FM. After an amazing 25 year career on C100, she hung up the headphones for good in 2017.
