Paul is a DEIJ Consultant, anti-racist advocate, workshop facilitator, and the Founder of Critical Conversations Consulting, LLC.

Paul is a lifelong learner in multiple areas. In diversity, equity, and inclusion: cultural awareness, implicit bias, and micro aggressions. In health and wellness education: drugs, alcohol, STD awareness, Title IX and sexual assault awareness, among other topics. 

He challenges himself to use his knowledge and training to improve the lives of others.
