Episode 8. Our Mental Health Journeys

Listen Later

In this episode, we are going to share our personal mental health journeys. We'll discuss how we approached mental health growing up with immigrant parents, how we’ve learned to take care of ourselves as adults, and what resources we’ve tapped into to support us emotionally. We end with some thoughts on why us, as millennials, have become the most anxious generation.

We hope this episode can give some inspiration for you all to talk openly about your own mental health journeys with friends, loved ones, or with a professional. Please note there is a trigger warning for this episode concerning anxiety, developmental disorders, and self-harm.
