After graduating college in 1994, Elle Sompres jumped into the world of sales with both feet.  She has been a sales superstar ever since due to her ability to connect with clients on a deep level, ask powerful questions, and identify the best solution to fulfill their needs.  Elle always believed a big part of her success was due to the personal development she has been immersed in for 20+ years, as well.  So back in 2004, Elle combined her passion for supporting others in living their best life with her vast business knowledge to became a Professional Speaker and Business/Life Coach.  

Ellevation Nation is based on the principle that our outer world is always created by what is happening within...our thoughts, beliefs, inner battles, stories, strengths, doubts, fears, and confidence all weave together a tapestry that becomes what we experience in our lives.  Elle's motto is to "Live in Love and Live AS Love ~ in all that we are and everything we do!"  And this podcast has been set up to share this message on a wider scale ~ reaching even more people.
